Effective October 1, 2020 and affecting the 2020 Q4 Progress Report period of 10/1/2020 - 12/31/2020, Owners will submit report information via the new AHFA DMS Progress Report. Instructions and report access are located at www.ahfa.com. The 2020 Q4 report must be submitted via DMS by January 15, 2021.
All subsequent quarterly reports will be submitted in the same format and are due on the 15th of the month following the end of the quarter.

2020 Q4: January 15, 2021
2021 Q1: April 15, 2021
2021 Q2: July 15, 2021
2021 Q3: October 15, 2021
2021 Q4: January 15, 2022
