She describes her work this way:
(I) founded Radical Sabbatical to help others turn adversity into advocacy.
I like to think she describes what has happened to me. Taking my adversity-- Early Stage Alzheimer's -- and turned it into advocacy. I just didn't know it was "what I was supposed to do!
