Can you believe we are halfway through 2026? Thanks to our amazing staff, the strong support of our Board, and dedicated volunteer Ambassadors, we had a very productive first six months!

The Chamber is honored to officially welcome two new community leaders to their important positions in Lancaster County. Lancaster County Administrator Brian Tucker and Lancaster County School District Superintendent Dr. Norris Williams each began their new roles on July 1, 2026. The Chamber has strong partnerships with Lancaster County government and the LCSD and we look forward to their leadership!

Leadership Lancaster

Are you ready to grow as a leader, expand your network, and make a lasting impact in Lancaster County?

Leadership Lancaster is the Chamber's premier seven-month leadership development program, designed to educate, challenge, and connect current and emerging leaders from across our community. Using Lancaster County as the classroom, participants gain hands-on experiences, build relationships, and explore the industries, organizations, and issues shaping our future.

The 2026-2027 class begins in this November and concludes with graduation in May 2027. Throughout the program, participants will experience immersive sessions including History Day, Education Day, Business & Industry Day, Healthcare & Social Services Day, Cultural Arts Day, City/County Government Day, Legislative Day, Law Enforcement Day, the annual Beach Retreat, and more.

Applications are open now but won't be for long!

Ambassador Program

The Chamber Ambassadors recently came together to celebrate a fantastic first half of 2026! The group gathered at Sunrise Strikes & RC Entertainment in Lancaster for an afternoon of food, fellowship, and a little friendly competition on the bowling lanes.

We are incredibly grateful for our Ambassadors and the time they dedicate to supporting Chamber events, welcoming new members, and strengthening Lancaster County's business community.

Congratulations to Faynette Waldrop on being named Ambassador of the Quarter for Q2 2026! Thank you for your outstanding commitment and continued dedication to serving our Chamber and local businesses.
