President's Message
As we move through another busy spring season in Lancaster County, I continue to be encouraged by the growth, collaboration, and community spirit happening all across our county. From local events and new business investments to leadership programs and community partnerships, it’s exciting to see so many people working together to strengthen our local economy and quality of life.
May is also National Small Business Month, making it the perfect time to recognize the small businesses that help drive our economy, support local families, and shape the unique character of our communities. We are grateful for the hard work, innovation, and dedication of our local business community and proud to support their continued success. May is always a special time of year as we celebrate milestones, recognize achievements, and look ahead to the opportunities summer brings.
This month, we are especially proud of our Leadership Lancaster Class as they prepare to graduate after months of learning, serving, and building connections throughout our community. Programs like Leadership Lancaster continue to help develop informed, engaged leaders who care deeply about the future of Lancaster County.
As always, thank you to our Chamber members, volunteers, elected officials, educators, nonprofit leaders, and business community for all you do to help Lancaster County thrive. Your support and partnership continue to make a lasting impact as we work together to make Lancaster County the best place to live, work, and do business.
