Best Practices Clearinghouse Website Refresh

The U.S. Department of Education’s Best Practices Clearinghouse is excited to announce a full website refresh! Each page of the Best Practices Clearinghouse website has been updated with NEW resources that help education practitioners, like you, address the needs of all students. New resources across the website focus on high-priority topics such as learning acceleration, chronic absenteeism, mental health, multilingualism, and safe and healthy learning environments.

See below for a sample of the NEW resources available on the Best Practices Clearinghouse website:

  • The Student Supports page includes a report on reducing chronic absenteeism with strategies from full-service community schools.
  • The Colleges and Universities page includes a guide to supporting college students’ mental health and well-being.
  • The Free to Learn page includes a lunch-break-worthy video on leveraging data to cultivate safe, welcoming schools for all.
  • The Early Childhood Programs page includes an action planner for improving student attendance and engagement, starting with the youngest learners.

These are just a few of the NEW resources available on the Best Practices Clearinghouse website! To access these resources along with hundreds of other best practices, implementation tools, and professional learning opportunities, visit the Best Practices Clearinghouse website.
