Literacy Newsletter
Dear Library Learner,
Welcome to our Literacy newsletter, bringing you o ur latest literacy programs, resources, and teaching initiatives at Schaumburg Township District Library and in the wider community.

ESL Library Class - Intermediate Level -NEW!
Thanks to our friends and partners at Community Education District 214 - we can now offer an intermediate level, daytime class at the Schaumburg Library!

Class begins testing and registration on:
Monday September 12, or  
Wednesday September 14 at 12:30 p.m.  in our classroom on the second floor of the main Library at 130 S. Roselle Road in Schaumburg.

Classes will run Mondays AND Wednesdays from 12:30 to 3:30 for 12 weeks.

Are you a beginner or an advanced student? Prefer night classes? Try another local class provider that does multi-level, day/night classes. 
 

ESL Book Discussion

Book discussions are a fun way to improve your English skills, make new friends, in a comfortable group, led by a moderator. Simply read the book, and come to the discussion!

The next book choice for discussion will be:
"I am Malala" by Malala Yousafzai.
