Marty Sullivan heads SSB's zoning practice, representing businesses, developers, institutions, and residents in zoning matters before the BZA, Zoning Commission, and other District agencies. Before opening his solo shop a couple years ago, Marty practiced in the zoning groups both at Wilkes Artis and Shaw Pittman, and he spent 3 years as General Counsel to a regional homebuilder.

Jeff Styles heads the firm's Litigation practice, with a focus on real estate, landlord tenant, employment, and personal injury litigation. Jeff has run a solo shop for 10 years, and prior to that he spent several years on the Hill as an aide to Senator Connie Mack, and as General Counsel to the Congressional Joint Economic Committee.

Tony Barros heads the firm's Real Estate Development, Acquisitions, Finance and Leasing practice, serving both the local and national interests of real estate investment groups and developers. Tony has over 16 years experience in the real estate community, both as a solo practitioner and at firms Wilkes Artis and Holland & Knight. Tony is also a successful commercial developer in his own right, having developed nearly 200 condominiums and 30,000 square feet of commercial space. One of Tony's key capabilities is public/private partnerships and CBE transactions.

Also joining the firm is Tom Donnelly, formerly of Johanson Berenson, LLP. Tom heads the firm's Business Law practice, and focuses on corporate, employment, contracting and construction law matters.

Bernard Lewis has also joined the firm as Director of Litigation. Bernard was formerly with Washington Legal Group, and he has over 15 years experience in personal injury litigation.
