COVID-19 UPDATE
Greetings!

Here at Core Cardio Fitness, we care about your health and well-being, both immediately and in the long term! That’s why we’re sending you this email about what we are doing in the wake of the COVID-19 virus (aka Coronavirus) … and what YOU can do to protect yourself.

We’ve even created a Immune Boosting Checklist , which contains science-backed steps you can take to improve your immune function AND avoid picking up any unwanted germs (including any colds, flu and stomach bugs that are going around).

I also want to let you know that we are taking extra care to help protect our members. Here are some steps we are taking at Core Cardio Fitness:

  1. We are asking that people avoid wearing their street shoes into workout spaces. This can help avoid tracking in any germs or bacteria. Please bring a separate pair of sneakers that you only wear inside the studio. 
  2. As much as we LOVE high-fives in the studio, we’ll be doing air-high-fives and foot high-fives for right now! 
  3. Please wash your hands (up to your elbows) for at LEAST 20 seconds BEFORE and AFTER your workout.
  4. Please wipe down every piece of equipment each use (with our provided disinfectant wipes). 
  5. We are stepping up our cleaning schedule
  6. We also are encouraging members to use the studio’s hand sanitizer if they desire.
  7. And we ask that clients who are sick or not feeling well please stay home. Let your body heal! 
  8. do not share water bottles or towels & other items
  9. cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze with a tissue or paper towel.
  10. If your traveling internationally, please notify us via email at [email protected] or text at 781.905.8557 we would ask that you not come into the studio for a 2 week period following your travel for the safety of our members.

We also encourage you to continue your workouts, since regular activity is a part of a healthy and balanced lifestyle. We are monitoring the updates and changes and as of now the studio will remain open with the above pre-cautions taking place.

Studies show that moderate workouts lasting an hour or less helps improve your overall immune function – plus they can help you destress, which can also help keep your immune system strong. Stay tuned for home workouts.
