The Member Portal (the place where you go to click on PPMLS and pay your bill) will be receiving a major upgrade and will henceforth be known as the Connect Dashboard. It will have all the features that you are accustomed to currently and provide many new features and customization capabilities.

 

Easy Access to PPMLS™, Account Balances, Class Registration, & More!

Connect gives you a central login to unify your online experience and make multiple daily logins a thing of the past. The RSC Services section displays all of RSC’s important sites, such as PPMLS™, ShowingTime, and SentriLock. The PPAR Member Services section displays all PPAR’s important sites, such as your Account information, Education information, and Event Calendar. Simply click the icon and you’re there!

Individual Modules Allow You To Find What You're Looking For Quickly!

Individual modules for billing and other features, allows you to quickly view your account balance and pay invoices, or view upcoming classes with direct links for registration.

DO YOU REMEMBER YOUR PASSWORD?

Do you use your browser to remember your login and password for PPAR.com? Do you remember what your password is?


If you don't, prior to the conversion, it would be good to reset your users password to ensure you know it when the new dashboard launches. You will need to enter your password to log into the new dashboard the first time you log in on June 19th.


To retrieve your current password or reset your password, simply click on the Forgot Password? under the Member Login button on the top right of the PPAR.com homepage.


**If your email is associated with more than one record, such as a team, you will need to contact Support at 719-633-7718 – Option 1 or Option 3.

PPAR & RSC Physical Offices Will Be CLOSED On Friday, June 16th AND Monday, June 19th For Staff Training On The New Account Management System.


Limited phone support will be available during business hours of 8am-4:30pm on both days.

DO YOU CURRENTLY HAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD SAVED ON AUTOPAY?

PPAR does not store your credit card info in their system. Once the migration to the new Association Management System and the Connect Dashboard is completed, starting on June 19th, you will need to reenter a credit card to be stored in e-commerce and reenroll into autopay.


This will ensure timely payments and reduce the possibility of members missing a payment and incurring late fees or facing suspension.
