Mindfulness basics for KIDS & ADULTS

Practicing mindfulness can have many benefits, everything from decreased stress and sadness to increased levels
of focus and happiness.
We will learn simple exercises through breath and gentle movement to use throughout the day.
Randi Jo will lead you through a different guided mindfulness meditation each class
such as Mindfulness of the body, Body Scan, loving kindness, noting and Visualization.
Things needed: Yoga mat
(optional blanket or pillow/cushion).
