As you know, we've introduced a lot of fantastic new products this year and have even more in store for 2024. To ensure everything is spot-on with your orders, we've made a small change to the Order Process.
Starting today, November 30th, all orders will need your approval before we process for production.
It's super easy – just reply to the Order Acknowledgment email with "Approved" in the body of the email. If changes are needed, please list them in your reply, and we'll send you a revised Order Acknowledgment. Remember, it needs approval before we proceed.
Reminder: The Order Cut-Off Day is now Thursdays at Midnight. So, please approve your orders by end of day on Thursday (and make any necessary payments on Friday) to avoid any shipping delays.
