If you haven't heard, we reopened last Friday, May 29th after 10 weeks of closure. To those that were the firsts to welcome our team back, thank you for adjusting to the new normal with us, together. We are constantly adapting our policies and procedures based on staff and guest feedback. Today, we have some very good news. We have received modified IL state guidelines which allows us to safely expand on the services we can offer to you. We can now book for blow dry services, facials & peels, lip waxing, massages longer than 30 minutes, beard trims and straight razor shaves.

To our guests that we missed in March, April, and May -

We are still actively making outgoing calls. However, if you haven't connected with us by now, it's okay to call us during normal business hours. If we cannot get you scheduled for any reason yet, we will enter you on our detailed wait list. If you are unable to reach us immediately, we are most likely taking care of another guest. Please consider the following:

You may also call us. We will be accepting new guests in our spa department and for select hair artists. For hair services, it is likely you'll be entered on our wait-list for now. Luckily for you, last-minute cancellations do occur. We may have an opportunity sooner than imagined if you're flexible.

Full functionality of online booking will return soon, but for now you may utilize our portal for massages, nails, facials, and waxing. Please be sure to enable your email communications in order to receive vital information for your visit.

  • We are now booking through July 11th for most staff. Our artists and therapists are still working on a very limited schedule, but additional availability has been added.
  • If you made an appointment pre-closure for June or July, please call us ASAP if we have not connected already. Your service provider has new hours and may even be working at a different location than you're used to. In order to accommodate you as soon as possible, your flexibility will be key!
  • Individual or state circumstances could change, and out of an abundance of caution we are currently only scheduling through July 11th for the time being (this may be extended soon).
  • If you colored your hair without us, it's okay. However, we'll need to know what you've been up to as this may affect the duration of your appointment. It is important to be forthright with us upon scheduling.
  • As of quite recently, IL state guidelines now allow us to service the following: Facials, Peels, Lip and Chin Waxing, Massages longer than 30 minutes, Beard Trims, and Straight Razor Shaves.
  • Mothers to children or caretakers of a guest with an appointment may join and wait safely nearby. Both will be asked to complete our health screening form and a touch-less temperature check upon greeting.

Per Illinois' reopening guidelines, our guests and staff working within 6-feet of anyone should wear face coverings over their nose and mouth, but exceptions can be made for those with medical conditions or disabilities that prevent them from safely wearing one. Masks or face coverings that secure behind your ears versus around your head will allow your service to be performed with minimal interference. We ask you to bring your own, but disposables will be provided for you complimentary if needed. Please notify us prior to scheduling if you have any health restrictions.

We ask you to come to your reservation solo if physically-able, and bring in only essential items (such as your keys, phone, wallet, and mask). We will not have a self-serve beverage or snack bar, but you can bring your own drink and reading material if you'd like. Group appointments are still postponed for now.

Once you arrive, we ask you to come to our entrance. Please wait outside the door until you are greeted and maintain social distancing with anyone else patiently waiting. In the event of inclement weather, you may wait in your vehicle and call us upon your arrival.

Additionally, you will be asked to complete a wellness screen form and touch-less temperature check upon arrival to ensure everyone in the building is fever-free. On your confirmation text and email will be a link to fill out a 10-second survey the day-of your appointment.

If you are receiving a dry haircut, please come with it clean, dry, and as straight or smooth as possible. Dry haircuts are an excellent express option for maintenance purposes, but not always ideal for big changes or corrections. If you'd like to opt for a dry haircut, we may be able to get you in sooner. Dry haircuts take about 30 minutes. Please note this option would not include a complimentary hair wash, scalp massage ritual, or blow out.

If you are receiving a standard wet haircut, this means your service will include a hair wash, scalp massage ritual, and blow dry. Wet haircuts take about 45-60 minutes depending on your hair type, and availability will differ depending on your stylist.

Both are the same cost, however it is your choice to decide what you value most about your self-care: almost ASAP availability with a more "get-in-get-out" philosophy (dry cut) or a potential wait for a real treat with the "bells & whistles" (wet cut) .

We are striving for as much touch-less payment as possible. What this means is we will charge your card on file upon completion of your service and email you a receipt. Upon scheduling your appointment, we will confirm your preferred method of payment. If you wish to pay with a gift card, please notify us prior to the end of your service. Gratuities can still be cash, however please note we have limited ability to make change.
