TUMBLING CLASSES
Flyers Flexibility Class: This class is great for flyers at every level! We will focus on proper stretching techniques, how to correctly hit various body positions, and balance. Flyers will be taught various exercises and techniques to improve their overall mental focus and body control.
Jump Drills: This class will work jumping techniques to not only teach the correct form of your jumps but learn the ability to invert your jumps
Flexibility class: Flexibility is achievable for everyone. This class is designed to increase your mobility, range of motion, and reduce tension across your body, which is especially important for any sport!
BWO/FWO: No previous experience needed
