Indoor classes:
Aerobics: Tuesdays, 5-5:55 p.m. with Amber (GX Room)
Silver Cardio: Wednesdays, 8:15-9:10 a.m. with Sandie (Silver Room)
Yoga Basics: Wednesdays, 4:45-5:40 p.m. with Pamela (Jade Room)
Outdoor classes:
Zumba: Wednesdays, 2-2:55 p.m. with Krista
