2019 was an amazing year for
Casa de Mana. We were blessed to facilitate four conferences for Mexican-based groups that were working to serve the people of northern Baja. We also hosted orphanages and other local families in need. Ministries and Christian leaders who needed some rest and relaxation found a place to get recharged, and many short-term groups stayed with us. These generous groups allowed us to serve numerous ministries throughout the area. Through all of this we focused on prayer, Biblical teaching, and fellowship.
After a major fire destroyed the property in October, many of those who have shared in Casa de Mana joined us for a celebration where we gave glory to God. We worshiped Him and declared again our love for Him and our dedication to doing His will
. "And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them." Romans 8:28. Our leadership is excited about how God will use this event to further this project and give Him glory.

Sergio Maldonado (STM AC Board Director and Project Construction Supervisor) and his crew have truly done an amazing job, and we are thankful for them and the numerous long-term STM volunteers who traveled down from across the border to give their time, talents, and resources. This month infrastructure improvements will commence including grading for short term group housing, water storage and a septic system, and significant road improvements.
It was the people gathering together for Christ who made 2019 so special. We would love for you to come join us as we continue to fellowship, serve, and build in 2020.
