I Know What It Means To Start Over
For thirteen years, I was a single mother relying on public assistance. I felt ashamed, overwhelmed, and uncertain about my future. Then a friend loaned me the money to attend a hypnosis certification training. While studying, I cleaned houses to make ends meet.
After becoming certified, I made the difficult decision to leave public assistance behind. It was one of the scariest and most transformational decisions of my life.
Today, I’m celebrating 42 years in business as a hypnotist and trainer.
I went from relying on food stamps and welfare checks to creating $10,000 - $15,000 months in my private practice, Healed Heart Hypnosis and Intuitive Awakenings.
And guess what? I had to start over again.
In May 2022, after living in Berkeley, California for 45 years, I went through another major life transition that eventually brought me home to my New England roots.
I put my practice on hold, left behind the life I had built in California, and began again.
Since then, I’ve restructured Healed Heart Hypnosis and Intuitive Awakenings to serve more people during these challenging times - and I’m now building my practice back to the level I enjoyed in California.
I know what it takes to build a practice. And I know what it takes to rebuild one.
