NEWEA's Scholarship Committee is pleased to offer scholarships to dedicated and aspiring water industry professionals studying at the undergraduate and graduate levels. This year four awards and a total of nearly $10,000 in funding are available.

2025 Annual Conference Room Block Now Open

2025 Sponsorship/Advertising Program

NEWEA's sponsorship and advertising programs allow companies to build brand awareness with key influencers in the water quality industry and leverage marketing opportunities at our Annual Conference, Spring Meeting, specialty conferences, and networking events, as well as in our event programs and NEWEA Journal.


The deadline for all annual programming, including Annual Conference sponsorship and advertising, is December 6, 2024.

Annual Conference Exhibit Registration

The Annual Conference, New England's premier water quality event, features an exhibit hall spread over two floors of the conference venue and comprised of more than 200 booths. Exhibitors showcase their latest water quality products and services to our more than 2,000 attendees.


Exhibit booths are $1,500 until November 15, 2024. After November 15, booths are $1,725 each.


Each booth space rented will include the following:


One 10’W x 8’D exhibit booth space, ceiling is 8’ high (exhibit area is carpeted)

8’ high back drape and 3’ high side rails

One 2’ x 6’ draped and skirted table

7” x 44” exhibitor identification sign

Four exhibit personnel admittance badges

Call for Innovators

NEWEA's Innovation Council is now accepting applications from early and growth stage companies with innovative solutions to participate in Innovation Day on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at NEWEA's Annual Conference & Exhibit in Boston, MA. 


Up to 12 emerging water businesses will be selected to share their innovations, get input from potential investors and customers, explore pilot opportunities, and have their technology advertised to the NEWEA community of over 2,100 members through conference communications. Selected participants will receive a booth and up to two (2) registrations to showcase their solution. Selected innovators will also be invited to participate in our Plenary Session, taking place from 11:00 am – 12:30 pm. 


Submit an application by December 6.

Connecticut: CTWEA's Fall Workshop was recently held in Plantsville, CT. Highlights from the event will soon be posted to their website.


Maine: MEWEA's calendar has a variety of trainings occurring throughout October and November.


Massachusetts: MAWEA's Newsletter is published quarterly, with the next edition scheduled to be sent in November. To submit articles for future issues, email MAWEA.


New Hampshire: NHWPCA is hosting a FOG Training Class for Wastewater Utilities in Portsmouth, NH on October 16 and a Safety Training, in collaboration with NHDOL, in Franklin, NH on October 25.


Rhode Island: RICWA is now accepting member applications for 2024 - 2025.


Vermont: The 2024 GMWEA Fall Tradeshow is taking place November 7 in South Burlington, VT.
