Transitions
After we say goodbye to Chris, the Lakeside office and various roles here will be in flux.
- Summer Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am -2:30 pm; Saturdays - Closed Susan is in the office during the above M-F hours. Louisa is off on Fridays.
- Office Staffing: Until we get an Interim Pastor, Louisa will serve as Acting Head of Staff and Moderator of Session. We also will be getting extra help in the office from Claire Miller, Glenn Willman, and various volunteers.
- Louisa Away June 11-18: Louisa will be traveling with the youth mission trip to New Orleans the week of June 11th. While she is away, any Pastoral Care emergencies can go through the office and will be covered by Becky Bosarge, who will be on call, or the Rev. Chuck Myser.
- Summer Preaching: Louisa will be preaching most summer Sundays. We also look forward to hearing some guest voices!

July 9th - Becky Bosarge, former Seminary Intern
- Interim Search Committee: Our Search Committee is in full swing looking for an Interim Pastor to serve at Lakeside. If you have questions, please feel free to ask their members: John Deye, Nancy Faulconer, Sally Harvey, and Cliff Peale.

Vacation Bible School!
Sun, June 25th-Thurs, June 29th
6:30-8:45 p.m.
Preschool - Rising 5th graders
Sunday, June 25th:
Registration begins at 5:30 p.m., those registering online can come at 6 p.m.!
4th & 5th graders will be on their own 'track' which will include age appropriate activities and time away from the larger group in order to form more solid friendships and have in-depth discussions!
PreK-3rd graders will be in groups of 10ish in 'Roman Families.' You are able to request sibling & friend togetherness!
- Volunteers needed: Family Leaders, Marketplace Shopkeepers, Snack Helpers, Photographers, Costume Renovators, Youth Volunteers for Outside Fun & Games, Artistic Souls that can help Denise Hanser create amazing decorations!
- Items needed to borrow: Not quite sure what stuff just yet, but a list will appear soon!

PAINTERS NEEDED THIS WEEK!
Denise Hanser, our VBS Decoration Guru, needs your help THIS WEEK!
If you have a few hours to spare and can wave a paintbrush up and down, side to side--- stop by the church from 9-1 to help paint some scenery for Vacation Bible School. This is a great opportunity for youth who need service hours. Denise will be here starting Monday morning and needs help to complete all of the VBS decor this upcoming week. Interested in helping? just stop by, or, call the church office!
