✨ 2025 Retrospective: Highlights from YAGP ✨ | | |
Dear Friends,
As we welcome in a New Year, we also look back on an extraordinary 2025 with gratitude - and most especially, the dancers, families, teachers, friends, and supporters around the world who help make YAGP’s mission of ensuring the future of dance possible.
This past year was full of incredible milestones, cementing YAGP’s impact as the world’s largest dance community and America’s National Youth Dance Competition, while uniting young dancers, alumni, and leaders of the dance world to celebrate artistry, excellence, and opportunity for the next generation.
2025 also saw unforgettable moments across the globe, from inspiring performances at the Season Finals in Tampa and in YAGP’s annual Lincoln Center Gala to new summer workshop collaborations and international ballet Galas in Milan, Como, and Tokyo this fall. Throughout the year, YAGP continued to expand upon its efforts to give young dancers worldwide meaningful chances to learn, grow, and shine through performance, education, mentorship, and scholarships.
In fact, the 2026 Season begins with more than 6,000 scholarships having already been presented to young dancers around the world throughout YAGP’s fall semi-final tour. This is in no small part thanks to each and every one of you - our friends and supporters across the globe - who help make the work we do every day possible. Because of you, YAGP continues to serve more young dancers worldwide than any other youth dance organization in its access to scholarships and performance opportunities.
And with that, we invite you to join us in toasting the future of dance and its endless possibilities. Cheers to a happy, healthy, and peaceful 2026 ahead.
With gratitude,
Larissa and Gennadi Saveliev
