New officers for 2023 were elected in December at the agency’s annual meeting:

Cherie Sage, President

Dawn Bicknell-Reiser, President-Elect

Jamie Stafford, Treasurer

Erin Lewis, Treasurer

Catherine Deters, Treasurer-Elect

Dawn Bicknell-Reiser and Kelly Trussell concluded their first terms and were elected to a second three-year term. In addition, two new directors, Joe Beasley, and Natalie Gordon, were elected to a first term. 

As the gavel was transferred from the 2022 Board President, Liz Steffen, to the incoming President, Cherie Sage, Liz was thanked for her service and leadership to the organization. Liz will remain on the board, serving in 2023 as the Immediate Past President.

Four board members completed their terms and are rotating off the board, including Matt Godinez, Paige Jones, Lindsey Munson, and Jane Tilghman.

During the regular December board meeting, Cherie shared her excitement about serving as Board President and her commitment to leading the organization in the new year through a smooth executive leadership transition. The board selected Premier Employment Solutions to facilitate the search process for the new executive director.
