TangleU - It Takes a Village

- Please Volunteer -

Please consider volunteering! I need volunteers to help with daily set up, registration table, and the Silent Auction. It fun, puts you in the middle of the action and it is very much appreciated!

Emergency Contact - I need an emergency contact and phone number for each person - please provide on the attached form.

Meals: Breakfast and lunch are buffets with a variety of options. The banquet meal is a choice of either Filet & Chicken or a Vegetarian/Vegan Black Bean Cake. You will make your selection on the attached form. If no selection is made you will get Filet & Chicken. Selections must be made by April 10.

There is space to provide any other special requests. We will do our best to accommodate.

What to Bring!

Zentangle Supples:

Bring your favorite Zentangle pens/pencils and a notebook/sketchbook for notes

Be sure to include:

• White Gell Roll - medium
• O1 and 005 Microns/black
• Black PN
• Tortillions
• Any other supplies you love (colored pencils etc)
• Scissors (we will have some to share)
• Pencil Sharpener (we will have some to share)

What to Pack:

Attire is casual, bear in mind that we are in a nice hotel. Dress in layers as the room temperature can be too cool for some and too warm for others.

The Gala 10 Year Anniversary Banquet attire is Semi- Formal! I can't wait to have the chance to dress up!

• PRINT - OPTIONAL print out the lesson plans from Teachable. Any printouts you need for class will be provided.
• The Silent Auction tickets are $10 for 25 tickets and cash is very much preferred.

Silent Auction

It's Back! We have a Silent Auction during cocktail hour before the Banquet! Auction proceeds are used for TangleU Scholarships!

We need donations and we need bidders! Popular donations are art supplies, handmade items and gift items. And for you bidders and shoppers - the auction will be with tickets with sheets of 25 tickets for $10, cash only.

We've had some awesome bags and swag over the years! I always order a few extra and now is the time to purchase that special bag, tote, pencil case and other cool TangleU Gear at low low prices! Once it's gone it's gone so shop early!

10 Year Anniversary Banquet

It's our 10 year anniversary - time to PARTY!! Put on your party clothes! Our very special 10 Year Anniversary Banquet is in the beautiful “Top of the Plaza” with beautiful mountain views! 

We start the evening with our famous (not so silent) Silent Auction! Donate something you’ve made or a favorite art related supply! Then let the bidding begin! 

During the silent auction you will be treated to wonderful hors d’oeuvre and a cash bar. Followed by a gourmet dinner, dessert and coffee! And yes you can bring a guest!
