Two year training in Focusing-Oriented Therapy begins this fall!
This program prioritizes both personal and professional development together. As participants learn and practice Focusing they discover their innate bodily wisdom to move forward in life and deepen their healing capacity with clients.
Thursday evening classes begin in August with Meditation for Beginners
Meditation can be a gentle first step toward moving out of our daily struggle by becoming present. When we can be present, we can begin to connect with our true self, heal old wounds and develop our capacity for better decision making and Joy.
