Practices for Change Course
A new course is coming this summer! I am now renting space at Move2Center a dance fitness studio in West Seattle and will begin to teach a combination of meditation, Focusing, and movement on Thursday evenings from 6:00 to 7:30pm. I also plan on offering some weekend afternoon workshops on related topics. You will experience the just right combination of mindful being, relating, and moving needed to feel safe and alive in your body. Practices for Change is designed for everyone who would like to become more peaceful, present, and grounded in their everyday living.

Below you will find current training opportunities, how to navigate dead ends in therapy, and an opportunity to go to Chile!
