Practices for Change Course
A new course is coming this summer! I am now renting space at
a dance fitness studio in West Seattle and will begin to teach a combination of meditation, Focusing, and movement on Thursday evenings from 6:00 to 7:30pm. I also plan on offering some weekend afternoon workshops on related topics. You will experience the just right combination of mindful being, relating, and moving needed to feel safe and alive in your body.
