BRETT MORLEY SEEKS OLYMPIC TRIALS AFTER NATIONAL TITLE
New Prospect Elementary teacher and Head Cross Country Coach of Landrum High School, Brett Morley, finished first in the recent Humana Rock ‘N Roll Marathon Series in San Antonio. Morley beat out over 4,000 competitors with a time of 2:30:41. Morley is working toward reaching the Olympic qualifying standard of 2:19 in hopes of qualifying for the 2020 or 2024 Olympic Marathon Trials.
SUITING UP FOR SUCCESS
A group of students from both Chapman and Landrum High Schools spends every Wednesday morning at Campobello-Gramling School for the "Suit Up" mentoring program. The high school mentors meet with their mentees to enjoy breakfast together, talk, play games, and develop more positive attitudes toward school and higher levels of self-confidence. The program is in its second year and has become a weekly highlight for all participants.
LANDRUM HIGH SCHOOL WINS WSPA MASCOT CHALLENGE
The Landrum High School Cardinals finished first in the WSPA Mascot Challenge! Nearly 170,000 votes were cast during the three-month long competition. The Cardinals earned a $500 prize for their first place finish.
LIONS CLUB PROVIDES FREE VISION SCREENINGS
Elementary school students received free vision screenings throughout the first semester thanks to partnerships with our local Lions Club organizations. In this video, hear from members of the Landrum Lions Club and learn more about the services they provide to our community!

IMPACT 2021
Overall, our total energy and water costs continue to decline as a result of our IMPACT 2021 campaign. We will continue implementing additional conservation practices and incentives to aid in our efforts and awareness.
