David Wilson, newly elected as the first Native American bishop in the UMC, shares “11 Facts about Native People in Society and The Church.” The infographic is on the General Commission on Religion & Race (GCORR) website, and you can download and share it with others.

Wilson writes about indigenous people as a diverse people with many tribal names (but not mascots!) who live in various settings—but not in tipis and not all on reservations.
