Online registration for bulk utility/agency groups at NEWWA’s Spring Joint Regional Conference & Exhibition, April 2-3, 2025, at the DCU Center in Worcester, MA, is now open!

Group registrations include up to 30 employees or commissioners to attend the entire conference and exhibition for one fee based on service connections. If you need assistance or are registering more than 30 employees or commissioners, call NEWWA at 508.893.7979 or email ktodesco@newwa.org.

Membership will be vetted upon registering and you will be billed accordingly. All registrations will be processed ONLINE; no hard copies available.

PLEASE WATCH THE INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEO before logging in to your account to help you navigate the online registration system.

Important notes to ensure a smooth online registration process:

• You must purchase the group registration BEFORE registering the individuals. 
• When asked if you want to purchase additional "seats" please answer NO. (If you select "Yes, I'd like to purchase additional seats" the system thinks you are purchasing another group of 30.) You must complete the check out process before you are able to select the conference participants.
• After selecting all participants, you may simply close the page. No additional steps are needed.
• If you need to make changes to the list, you may do so by navigating to "Manage Group Registrations" inside your NEWWA profile.
