Recently promoted to Partner, Nivi, is recognized as an accomplished team member who embraces exceptional client service and has become a trusted and indispensable advisor to her clients. Consistently demonstrating exceptional business and legal judgement, as well as, a highly successful track record serving clients in a collaborative fashion, Nivi reflects the strength and depth of NFC offering her clients both in-house and law firm expertise on a broad range of employment law issues. Before joining NFC, Nivi was Associate General Counsel, Employment Law for a major medical center and was responsible for providing legal advice and counsel regarding compliance with employment and labor laws, including but not limited to: FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and the state law equivalents. At NFC Nivi regularly partners with senior management, human resources and legal professionals, and business owners at large and mid-sized companies to advise on key employment decisions and policies, which include hiring, performance management, accommodations/leaves, investigations, separation agreements, and reductions in force.
 
Nivi is also a leader in the firm’s employment law training practice and regularly provides training on a variety of topics, including preventing harassment and discrimination, accommodations and leave laws, unconscious bias, reductions in force, and effective performance management. In advising clients on potential legal risks and training workforces, Nivi brings an extensive background in employment litigation. After receiving a B.A. from Stanford University and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Nivi represented clients in a range of industries in both employment law and complex commercial litigation matters. She has successfully defended single and multiple-plaintiff litigation on behalf of employers brought under federal and state employment discrimination, whistleblower and wage and hour laws. 
 
Brian L. Tremer, Esq.
Counsel
Brian joined NFC in 2017 and has demonstrated strategic thinking and dedication to delivering the type of service necessary to meet the high level of excellence that NFC demands for its clients. As a trusted advisor delivering cutting-edge and strategic advice, not to mention the great results our clients expect, Brian focuses his practice on management-side employment litigation and counseling. He defends employers in state and federal court, before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Department of Labor, and in arbitration forums such as FINRA. Additionally, Brian advises clients on internal compliance and labor relations. Brian also has significant experience handling an array of traditional labor matters, including union grievance arbitrations, project-labor agreement disputes, collective bargaining, and charges of unfair labor practice.

Kegan S. Andeskie, Esq.
Counsel
Kegan has been with the NFC for over three years and has been at the intersection of labor and employment law, advising employers across a wide range of industries. Through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to putting clients at the center of everything he does, Kegan focuses his practice on employment litigation defense. Kegan has experience defending employers in employment discrimination actions, including those brought under New Jersey’s LAD, CEPA, and FLA, as well as federal claims under the FMLA, ADA, and Title VII. He also has experience defending claims under the FLSA and New Jersey Wage and Hour Law. Kegan also counsels clients on complex employment issues.

MARCHETA R. BALL
Director, Litigation Support Services
Marcheta is a seasoned veteran with more than 20 years of law firm experience, and a vital member of NFC's litigation team. In her role as Director of the Firm's newly created Litigation Support Services Team, Marcheta will be responsible for managing litigation and legal support services firm-wide and helping to ensure that NFC is delivering the best and most cutting-edge services possible, with a particular emphasis on the use of technology. Overseeing a team of ten paralegals and legal administrators, Marcheta will utilize her broad project-based expertise and extensive managerial experience to support litigation services for all of NFC's trials, arbitrations, hearings, depositions, and mediations, in addition, to witness and exhibit preparation, experts and third-party vendor arrangements.

LINDSEY ANDREOZZI, ESQ.
Associate
As the newest Associate at NFC, Lindsey brings experience in counseling domestic and international employers on employment-related issues, developments, and practices including anti-discrimination laws, independent contractors, employee investigations, employee performance, discipline and termination issues, employment separation agreements, leave laws, and other workplace policies. Prior to joining NFC, Lindsey served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lisa M. Adubato, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part in Newark, NJ. Lindsey will focus her practice at NFC on employment litigation.
