NFCA Fireproofing Educational Conference Orlando
Thank you to all who attended the Orlando Conference! Over 190 fireproofing industry professionals gathered to learn, network and grow! This event is a must attend for fireproofing contractors and one of the main NFCA Member benefits. We hope everyone takes advantage of the one free registration included in your NFCA Contractor Membership.

Thank you to all of the spectacular speakers who covered topics relevant in the industry. Special thanks to Randy Strother and Dean Whitcomb, Alpha Insulation & Waterproofing, for sharing an awesome Project Highlight presentation.

Thursday evening the industry gathered for dinner and awards. The following NFCA Members were recognized: Kurt Neff, Isolatek International, for 15 years of service on the NFCA Board of Directors; Carol Schary, Nathan Kimmel Company, for continued dedication and support toward the growth of NFCA; and Keith & Barbara Kennedy, Aries Contracting Ottawa and John Taglienti, East Coast Fireproofing, for their work on the NFCA Safety Committee and the production of the NFCA Fireproofing Safety Information booklet.

The week in Orlando started with 27 people attending and successfully completing the NFCA Contractor Accreditation Program IFRM and SFRM Trainings. We anticipate nine NFCA Contractors to complete the accreditation process, bringing the total number of NFCA Accredited Contractors to 65.

Don’t miss this webinar as John Dalton presents the Thermal Barrier Standards, Past, Present and Future – which was presented at the Orlando Conference.
