A Message From the CEO

Colleagues,

If you attended our recent Town Hall, thank you! You can see some of the highlights below or link to the entire meeting if you were unable to join us.

This meeting was dedicated to some of the progress our team has made in terms of elevating awareness of the critical work we all do every day. Our ability to generate quality connections through our Locator platform remains top of mind and we are pleased to hear from many of you that conversions to counseling sessions are up.

I spoke briefly about one of our grant-funded initiatives that has gained traction recently. Our outreach to faith-based communities is taking hold, with more than 100 congregations participating. This initiative, led by NFCC's Hermond Palmer, has attracted the attention of numerous influential religious leaders who are sharing with their church members the benefits of credit counseling. For many of the people we serve, pastors are among the most trustworthy sources of information, and building trust is key to generating awareness of our work among people who need us most.

The CONNECT Conference is coming together really well and promises to deliver the content you want most from us. It also promises to be fun. Read on for a summary of the agenda and if you haven't registered yet, please do. We look forward to seeing you later this summer!

Sincerely,

NFCC Announces Dynamic New Program for CONNECT
