Friday, the Congress passed a short-term spending measure, or Continuing Resolution, to keep the government running for another week.

The measure will provided funding for government operations through Friday May 5th, and it seems Congress has an agreement to pass a longer funding measure covering the rest of the fiscal year.

With our centennial celebration approaching quickly, NFFE is preparing to honor its past and celebrate its future by collaborating with the IAM to host its first ever Government Employees Conference this September in Las Vegas, Nevada.
