Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitor Registration is now open! Click here to register your team. Your exhibitor badge gives you access to the NFMT Remix educational sessions. No advance registration is required.

Exhibitor Resources

The Exhibitor Resource Section on the event website has been updated with the

forms, links, and information you will need in one location to help prepare for the event. We encourage you to visit Exhibitor Resources often, as new forms and information are

added frequently.

Please take note of the following discount deadlines:

Freeman Online Ordering, Discount Price Deadline: October 12
OCCC Services (includes electricity, aerial rigging labor, lighting, water, plumbing, compressed air, natural and LP gas, and cable TV), Discount Price Deadline: October 20

Information on updating your Company Profile Information

You should have received an email from our mobile app provider, EventMobi, for the opportunity to edit your exhibitor profile. You are able to customize your company bio, add social media links, and upload documents. The email came from [email protected] on August 23rd and September 10th.

Hotels & Travel

NFMT Remix has secured a limited number of hotel rooms at a reduced rate. Rooms at the group rate are available on a first come, first-serve basis.

Hotel discounts end October 15, 2021 for the Rosen Centre Orlando

and October 22, 2021 for the Hyatt Regency Orlando and are subject to availability.

Promoting Your Participation

Everyone is anxious to be in-person again and we have an easy tool to promote your booth! Save the banner below and include it in your signature block, company website, social sites, or newsletters. Simply right-click on the image and save it to your computer, then use your custom registration link to invite your customers to NFMT Remix. Access this custom registration link via the Exhibitor Registration site. This link will provide you tracking reports for those you invite!

2021 Event Floor Plan

Bookmark the online floor plan and check it often as the plan changes with new sales, exhibit space moves, etc. If you see an open location you would prefer or if you are near a competitor, please contact your exhibitor account executive to discuss moving.

Please note that it is the Exhibitor's responsibility to monitor the online floor plan in the event a competitor selects a location near or next to them.

Please be careful when contacted by a third party vendor posing or leading you to believe they are working on NFMT's behalf. NFMT is owned and organized by Trade Press Media Group and ROC Exhibitions Inc. and any communication will come from them directly or one of the Official Contractors. In addition to third party housing companies, you may be contacted by third party list rental companies:

List Rentals

We do not rent or sell the registrant list. Exhibitors who are paid in full receive the attendee list with mailing information 30 days pre-event and 14 days post-event.

If you are contacted by any outside company you find suspicious or are unsure they are a legitimate authorized vendor for this event, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. If possible, include any e-mail communication you received from this vendor.

We do not rent or sell the exhibitor list to any vendors.
