Our team is looking forward to seeing you in Orlando in just one week! Please see below for helpful FAQ in preparation for your time at NFMT Remix.
What safety protocols are in place for NFMT Remix?
Our number one priority is, and always will be, the health and well-being of NFMT Remix attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and staff. We are continually reviewing city, state and CDC guidelines and will comply with any recommended measures in November to provide you with a high level of comfort attending NFMT Remix.

To ensure everyone’s wellbeing and aid in social distancing, NFMT Remix will have overlapping expo and conference hours. This will allow us to spread out the number of visitors in the expo hall at any one time. 

Here are the additional steps we are taking to create a healthy and safe environment.
  • Masks will be required for everyone in all indoor public spaces regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status.
  • Colored ribbons (Red, Yellow, Green) will be used to indicate your personal comfort level with physical contact.
  • New expo hall floorplan — no long rows of booths side by side.
  • Larger capacity conference rooms — allowing us to social distance in conference rooms.

Where can I access the Exhibitor Resource Kit?
The Exhibitor Resource Section on the event website has been updated with the forms, links, and information you will need in one location to help you prepare for the event. 
What's included with my exhibit space?
  • In-line space will have a standard 8’ high red and white back drape and 3’ high red side drape.
  • Booths 300 square feet or less will receive a 7” x 44” one-line identification sign.
  • 24-hour exhibit hall perimeter security.
  • Post-event registrant mailing file.
  • See your specific exhibit package for additional benefits. 

Carpeting and electrical services are NOT included in the exhibit space rental. Due to COVID 19, in 2021 we will not have aisle carpet. Exhibitors will NOT be required to carpet their exhibit booth space. If you would like to carpet your exhibit booth space, please see Freeman’s rental carpet. Electrical services can be ordered through the Orange County Convention Center.
How do I know which vendors are Official Contractors for the event?
Exhibitors being solicited by vendors who are not "Official Contractors" for the event, is increasing for all tradeshows throughout the country. NFMT Remix does not provide any outside contractors with exhibitor contact information. Please check the Official Contractor list for the approved vendors for this event. If you do not see a company on the list, please contact Theresa Urbanczyk at 630-271-8231.
Can I unload my booth materials from my vehicle at the OCCC?
Exhibitors may self unload their booth materials on Tuesday, November 9th from 12pm – 5pm.

Directions: From State Road 528 and Interstate 4, exit onto International Drive and follow the signs to the West Building - Westwood parking lot. Check in at the docks (across from the Westwood parking lot), let security know you are there to unload for NFMT Remix and you will be instructed to proceed to Ramp 14.
How do I register my exhibit staff?
Exhibitor Registration is available online. Select your exhibiting company name from the drop down and enter your password. Your password was emailed to the main contact for your company. Please check your inbox for your password or contact Bernice if you need assistance.

Exhibitor badges will not be mailed. Exhibitor registration, located in the West A1 Lobby Level 2 at the Orange County Convention Center, will open at 1pm on Tuesday. To access the Expo Hall during move in hours, the security guards at the entrance of the hall will issue set-up stickers. After 1pm on Tuesday, all exhibitor personnel and I&D labor will be required to wear their badge.
FedEx Freight Alert!
FedEx Freight applies to shipments of 150 lbs or more. This does NOT apply to FedEx small package delivery.

If you sent your freight to the show via FedEx Freight, please read the letter from Freeman that explains the challenges with receiving FedEx Freight as you will need to arrange to have your freight delivered by another carrier from the FedEx terminal to the show.
Upon arrival at the Orange County Convention Center:
NFMT Remix is located at the opposite end of building than in the past. For 2021, NFMT Remix is located at the end of the building closest to the Rosen Centre. West building - Hall A1.

By Taxi or Car Service:
If you are traveling to the Convention Center by taxi or ride share, have them drop you off or pick you up at the West Building the end closest to the Rosen Centre.

For those who plan on driving to the convention center, event-specific parking areas will be listed on overhead electronic signage on International Drive and the surrounding area.
The Orange County Convention Center operates three parking lots with accessible parking available. You will want to park in the West Building parking lot. You will want to park in the West Building parking lot. The West Building parking lot can be accessed a number of ways - via Exhibit Drive (north entrance), via Convention Way (south entrance) and via West Entrance Drive off Westwood Boulevard.
  • All spaces are available on a first come, first-served basis.
  • A $20.00 parking fee will apply to passenger vehicles.
  • A $30.00 parking fee will apply to oversized vehicles.
  • The OCCC accepts cash, traveler's checks, American Express, MasterCard and Visa as payment.
  • Overnight parking is not permitted at the Orange County Convention Center.
  • Valet parking will not be available for NFMT Remix.

Is there a NFMT Remix Event Office?
The NFMT Orlando Event Office is located in meeting room 205A.
Office Hours:
Wednesday 7am-5pm
Thursday 7am-4pm
Will concession stands be open during NFMT Remix?
Yes, there will be concessions available in the Expo Hall.
Wednesday 9am - 4pm
Thursday 9am - 2pm

We will be providing a complimentary morning and afternoon break with beverages and snacks on both Wednesday and Thursday of the event.
Can exhibitor personnel attend the conference sessions?
Exhibitors are welcome to attend any of the conference sessions on Wednesday and Thursday.
All exhibitor personnel will be allowed access to the Expo Hall 1 hour prior to Expo hours. If an exhibitor needs to stay in the hall after the close of the Expo, please contact Event Management so security can be notified.
Is there an age restriction during install/dismantle and during the event?
No one under 18 is allowed in the conference sessions or the Expo Hall, including installation and dismantle hours. 
How do I select space for the 2022 Event?
NFMT Remix 2022 will be November 2-3 at the Paris Las Vegas Conference Center in Las Vegas, NV. Exhibitors can select their 2022 exhibit space location during the 2021 Remix event in the Space Selection Office located in the back left corner of the hall, behind the concessions area. The main point of contact for your exhibit space will receive a separate email with all the space selection materials and a reminder will be delivered to your exhibit space on-site.

Please be careful when contacted by a third party vendor posing or leading you to believe they are working on NFMT's behalf. NFMT is owned and organized by Trade Press Media Group and ROC Exhibitions Inc. and any communication will come from them directly or one of the Official Contractors. In addition to third party housing companies, you may be contacted by third party list rental companies:
List Rentals
We do not rent or sell the registrant list. Exhibitors who are paid in full receive the attendee list with mailing information 30 days pre-event and 14 days post-event.
If you are contacted by any outside company you find suspicious or are unsure they are a legitimate authorized vendor for this event, please contact us immediately at info@rocexhibitions.com. If possible, include any e-mail communication you received from this vendor.
We do not rent or sell the exhibitor list to any vendors.
