The Exhibitor Resource Section on the event website has been updated with the

forms, links, and information you will need in one location to help prepare for the event. We encourage you to visit Exhibitor Resources often, as new forms and information are

added frequently.

Information on updating your Company Profile Information

Be on the look out for an email from our mobile app provider, EventMobi, for the opportunity to edit your exhibitor profile. You'll be able to customize your company bio, add social media links, and upload documents. The email will be coming from [email protected].

Exhibitor Registration

Your exhibitor badge gives you access to the NFMT Remix educational sessions. No advance registration is required. Exhibitor Registration will open after Labor Day and login details will be communicated via email.

Hotels & Travel

NFMT Remix has secured a number of hotel rooms at a reduced rate. Rooms at the group rate are available on a first come, first-serve basis.

Hotel discounts end October 14, 2022 at the Paris Las Vegas and are subject to availability.

Promoting Your Participation

Everyone is anxious to be in-person again and we have an easy tool to promote your booth! Save the image below and include it in your signature block, company website, social sites, or newsletters. Simply right-click on the image and save it to your computer. Link to URL www.nfmt.com/vegas.

Once Exhibitor Registration opens, you will have access to a unique tracking registration link to use in your marketing efforts. A marketing toolkit will be added to the website for your use, as well. Details to be released after Labor Day.

2022 Event Floor Plan

Bookmark the online floor plan and check it often as the plan changes with new sales, exhibit space moves, etc. If you see an open location you would prefer or if you are near a competitor, please contact your exhibitor account executive to discuss moving.

Please note that it is the Exhibitor's responsibility to monitor the online floor plan in the event a competitor selects a location near or next to them.

Exhibitor Alert

Please be careful when contacted by a third party vendor posing or leading you to believe they are working on NFMT's behalf. NFMT is owned and organized by Trade Press Media Group and ROC Exhibitions Inc. and any communication will come from them directly or one of the Official Contractors. In addition to third party housing companies, you may be contacted by third party list rental companies:

List Rentals

We do not rent or sell the registrant list. Exhibitors who are paid in full receive the attendee list with mailing information 30 days pre-event and 14 days post-event.

If you are contacted by any outside company you find suspicious or are unsure they are a legitimate authorized vendor for this event, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. If possible, include any e-mail communication you received from this vendor.

We do not rent or sell the exhibitor list to any vendors.
