Student Stress Discussion Group
Put stress in it's place and finish the school year strong! Students are invited to join a discussion group as it takes a closer look at stress and anxiety. The group will identify personal causes of stress and anxiety, learn practical tools to help minimize stress and anxiety and its effects, and lean what Scripture teaches about anxiety and how to manage it. Group meetings take place every Tuesday from Jan. 23 - Feb. 27 from 4:30pm - 5:30pm in the Student Center Conference Room. Register
