Pray for the day-to-day choices and the moment-to-moment decisions our students will make. The importance of these cannot be overestimated.

Pray to loosen the burden of running their own lives, our own lives, and that God may do the work He desires through each of us.
NGU Students Complete Ranger Challenge
From October 19-21, three Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) cadets from NGU completed the 2018 Ranger Challenge. NGU cadets Zach Howerton, Levi Morales, and Erik Sewell joined a team of eight other cadets from Furman University to complete the 19-mile course.
NGU Continues to be Named in National Rankings
NGU has been recognized as one of the best colleges offering online leaning in the nation by Community for Accredited Online Schools (AccreditedSchoolsOnline.org). As a leading resource for campus and online learning, the site released its annual ranking for the 2018-2019 school year, honoring the university multiple times for its excellence in online learning.
Students to Perform Haydn's 'La Canterina'
On Friday, Nov. 9 and Sat., Nov. 10, the NGU Cline School of Music will feature 'La Canterina - The Diva.' The two-act opera will be directed by Cline School of Music professor Dr. Cheryl Greene. The cast includes students Caroline Hartzog, Chelsea LaCourse, Ashleigh Moore, and Ian Ritchings. Read More
Christmas At NGU
NGU invites the entire NGU community as well as neighbors and friends to celebrate the start of the holiday season together at Christmas at NGU on Monday, November 26, 5:30 - 9 p.m. Enjoy the lighting of the Christmas tree, caroling, cookie decorating, s’mores, hot chocolate, and even a visit with Santa. The event is free and open to all ages, so join us as we welcome the Christmas season and celebrate our Savior’s birth.
Theatre to Produce 'Silent Sky'
The School of Theatre presents "Silent Sky," a celebration of discovery, originality, curiosity, and based on a true story. Each NGU full-time employee is entitled to two complimentary tickets to this production. All comp tickets MUST be picked up at the School of Theatre Box Office Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Read More
Alex McFarland: Winner of October NGU Prize Pack
Director for Christian Worldview Alex McFarland is our October winner of a NGU prize pack. Alex was selected based on the number of students he referred to the Office of Admissions and who are currently enrolled NGU students. Throughout the year, the marketing and communications team will be awarding a NGU prize pack to those employees whose name was given, as a referrer, by a prospective student to the admissions counselor during the recruitment process. If the student enrolls at NGU, the prize patrol makes a stop by their office to thank them. Congratulations Alex!
Annual Christmas Choir Concert
Proclaim the Good News - Around the World. Since the announcement from the angel choir, the story of Christ's birth and the Gospel has traveled around the world. As the good news spread, each of these cultures has celebrated Christmas in their own language and musical style. Join us as we celebrate the bond that believers around the world share: Christ and the Good News that He is to us.Join us on Tuesday, November 27 at 7 p.m. at Taylors First Baptist Church at 200 W. Main St, Taylors, SC. Free admission, but a $5 donation will be accepted.
NGU to Host Open House
Know anyone who might be interested in attending NGU next year? On Friday, November 9, the Office of Admissions will host an Open House for prospective undergraduate students. Missionaries' Daughter Crowned 2018 Homecoming Queen
Allison Yeater, a marketing major from Belpre, OH, was crowned queen for North Greenville University’s 2018 Homecoming on Saturday, October 13. Yeater, who represented Baptist Collegiate Ministries, is the daughter of Robert and Tessa Yeater, missionaries to Guatemala. She was escorted by NGU’s Executive Director for the Institute for Global Leadership Dr. Allen McWhite. Read More

NGU alumni gathered at the fall Alumni Connect event at the Cannon Centre in Greer on Thursday, October 11. Four North Greenville University alumni and friend were honored by the university’s alumni association during an awards ceremony.  Read More

NGU’s Leadership and Professional Development Department will offer a seminar for business owners who are at or near retirement to develop a good succession plan for continued prosperity for both the company and the owner. This seminar will focus on the factors to consider and practical steps to planning your business succession.
