The New Hampshire Early Learning Standards (ELS) are a statewide resource for professionals working in early learning and family support settings with young children, birth to age five, and their families.  The Standards provide essential information to support and enhance children’s development and learning.  They are an integral part of NH’s Quality Rating and Improvement System.  Participants in this training will learn how the ELS were developed and how they are organized.
