NH is the place to party! According to Realtor.com, the two hottest housing markets in the COUNTRY in March were Manchester/Nashua and Concord, NH! This list is complied every month, and exposes how local areas are experiencing fast moving supply and rising demand. This is what it means to be 'hot':

  • Median days on market was 19 days
  • Inventory moving 50% 'Faster' than last year and 35 days 'Faster' than the US overall.
  • Properties in the area receive an average number of views 3 times 'Higher' than the US average.

We are going to need a lot of margaritas to cool off this market! I am curious to see where we land for April....
