It should come as no surprise to anyone following the real estate market that the median home price has increased, but by how much is what is surprising everyone!
In April, the median home price in NH was $382,000, and in May it increased by $20,000 to $402,000, in just one month! Prior to that, from March to April, it had increased $17,000. When will this stop?
Since there is no correlating increase in wages, this is not a sustainable trend. But if you are thinking of selling, this is a very advantageous time!
