The report for May has been released, and even though I was not shocked, I was still surprised at how it compares to last year's report:
Homes for Sale: 1,517 (3,334 in May 2020)
Median Sale Price: $402,000 ($319,900 in May 2020)
% of List Price: 104% (98.7% in May 2020)
Months Inventory Supply: 0.9 months (2.3 months in May 2020)
Avg. Days on Market: 25 (50 in May 2020)
I was not expecting the numbers to be this different considering that we were in the midst of the pandemic last year at this time.
