Today in history: On September 1, 1972, in what’s billed as the “Match of the Century,” American chess grandmaster Bobby Fischer defeats Russian Boris Spassky during the World Chess Championship in Reykjavik, Iceland. It was the first time in 24 years that a non-Russian won the title!
Today in NH: Many kids are having their first day of school today, and the first fair of the fall season is this weekend (see below). I hope everyone has a wonderful Labor Day - I will be out house hunting and enjoying every minute of it!
A Labor Day weekend tradition, it starts off the fall fair season here in NH! September 2-6, free parking, follow the link for more information on events, showtimes, the midway, fair food, and more! 5 Day Pass only available to purchase online.
In addition to the delicious coffee and friendly staff, I love that I drive up to a window and place my order with a person, not into a speaker. Stop by one today, you won't be disappointed!
Troy is here in NH at Mary's Dogs and is looking for a home where he'll be the only dog, OR the older-brother dog (Troy is 16-months old). Troy’s adoptive family will also receive a one year membership to the NH Dog Walking Club!
