Top Lenders Recognized At Event in Hampton
NH Housing’s lending partners were recently recognized for their support for helping borrowers tap NH Housing products at the Homeownership Lender Fest event in Hampton, along with the top NH Housing lenders of 2023.

Groundbreaking Held for Easterseals Military & Veterans Campus
Easterseals NH recently broke ground on its Military & Veterans Campus in Franklin. This
15-acre campus will provide enhanced support for military community members and their families through access to a variety of services and recreation activities.
Spread The Word About Our Lead Hazard Control & Healthy Homes Program Funds
Up to $12,000 in grants, up to $11,000 in loan funds plus up to $3,000 for Healthy Homes grants for safety repairs per unit are available to assist homeowners and residential property owners to become lead-safe certified. Childcare facilities may receive up to $150,000. Learn More.

NH Housing Receives Additional Housing Vouchers
NH Housing, in partnership with the DHHS Division for Children, Youth and Families and the three Continuum of Care agencies, received 12 Foster Youth to Independence vouchers to provide eligible youth (ages 18-24) with housing resources and related services.
Also, NH Housing, in partnership with the Manchester Veterans Administration, was awarded 25 vouchers under the Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) program. These vouchers will provide rental assistance and services to homeless veterans and their families. NH Housing administers 189 VASH vouchers statewide.
Lynn Lippitt Recognized By NE Resident Service Coordinators Group
For more than 20 years, NH Housing's Director of Housing Services Lynn Lippitt has been a board member for the New England Resident Service Coordinators and was its second president.
She was recently recognized for her service and dedication to the organization.
