With up to $15,000 in downpayment assistance, our Cash Assistance Program helps homebuyers move forward. Offered as a second mortgage with no interest and no monthly payments, it creates a simpler path to homeownership.

New Transitional Housing for Families in Nashua



Family Promise of Southern NH has expanded its transitional housing program in Nashua, converting a former adult day care into eight family-style suites. The project supports families experiencing homelessness and offers services to help them transition to permanent housing.

Bay Street Ribbon Cutting: New Supportive Housing in Laconia

Lakes Region Community Developers recently opened 12 new efficiency units in Laconia for individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. NH Housing helped fund the project with state Affordable Housing Funds and federal Housing Trust Funds.
