New Life for Newport's Woolen Mills



The historic Dexter Richards & Sons Woolen Mill in Newport has been transformed into 70 affordable apartments for individuals and families. Originally built in 1905, the mill was redeveloped with support from NH Housing-administered resources, including LIHTC, Tax-Exempt Bonds, InvestNH, and HOME-ARP funds.

Supportive Housing Seminar

NH Housing will host a seminar for service providers and developers to connect, share insights, and learn more about our supportive housing programs. The event will focus on building momentum for solutions that meet local needs.


GSMA Annual Conference 

Our Asset Management staff will attend the Granite State Managers Association’s annual event for multifamily housing owners and managers. Sessions will cover NSPIRE, HOTMA, Fair Housing, and more.

New Rent Increase Request Feature for Voucher Property Owners


Owners participating in our Housing Choice Voucher programs can now request rent increases online. Simply log into our Landlord Portal and look for the “Request Rent Increase” icon. If you are not currently using the online portal, please contact your tenant's Rental Assistance Manager for log in instructions.
