A Look Back: 2024’s Milestones in Housing Development
NH Housing celebrated 16 groundbreaking and ribbon-cutting events this year, bringing nearly 900 new apartments to communities from Nashua to Conway and from Rochester to Swanzey. These multifamily developments offer essential housing for families, seniors, and those needing supportive services. Highlights include:
- Concord: 8 apartments for individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness, with supportive services.
- Swanzey: 84 workforce apartments built with modular construction near shopping and jobs.
- Nashua: 216 new apartments, replacing outdated public housing, with on-site childcare.
