Did You Know...

There is a NH Pyramid Model State Leadership Team?

NH is the 28th Pyramid Model state. Since 2016, there has been a NH Pyramid Model State Leadership Team that has been working to bring the Pyramid Model to NH. The NH PMSLT includes individuals who represent government agencies and community partners invested in the well-being of children and families. The NH PMSLT meets regularly to build a statewide sustainable implementation model.

The Mission of the NH Pyramid Model State Leadership Team (NH PMSLT) is to lead the development of a sustainable, complementary state and local infrastructure for the implementation of the PM framework.
Do You Know...
About iSocial?

iSocial originated through the NH DOE’s State Systemic Improvement Plan (SSIP) which focuses on supporting school districts with the implementation of Pyramid Model for preschool age children, including children with disabilities.

The NH Department of Education (NH DOE) is building a system of supports for young children in early childhood settings called iSocial (improving Social-emotional Outcomes through Complementary Infrastructure and Leadership).

This system is designed to help implement the Pyramid Model framework in early childhood settings with fidelity, through professional development; collaboration and infrastructure development; and data-informed, team-based decision-making.
Putting the Pyramid Model Into Practice
Highlight On: LAUNCH Manchester
With funding from the Preschool Development Community Grants, LAUNCH Manchester, Manchester’s young child coalition is supporting members of its Early Learning Collaborative (ELC) to implement the Pyramid Model. In the first year, with assistance from the Pyramid Model Consortium and the Preschool Technical Assistance Network, they have built their Community-Wide Leadership Team and anticipate up to six ELC centers will implement the model to fidelity before July 2021. LAUNCH expects the number of implementing centers to double over the next two years. Additionally, they are providing opportunities for all ELC centers to access Positive Solutions for Families (the Pyramid Model curriculum for home) through Waypoint and additional professional development opportunities through the Pyramid Model Consortium.

If you’re a childcare center in Manchester and would like to learn more about the Early Learning Collaborative, contact Cammie Switzer,
