NH School Funding Focus Group
for Tax Payer Associations
Dear NH Taxpayer Associations,

As you may know, the Commission to Study School Funding (established by the NH General Court last fall) began work this past winter. The Commission has asked the Carsey School of Public Policy and its public engagement program NH Listens to support its research, policy analysis, and engagement goals. We are writing on behalf of the Commission to seek taxpayer association input from across the state via an online focus group using Zoom.

The focus group is capped for 30 people. This discussion about school funding will take 60-90 minutes and will help inform the Commission as it shapes it recommendations in the coming months. Please note: We have other opportunities forthcoming for other stakeholders. We prefer this invitation remain specific to taxpayer associations only.
Thursday, Oct. 1, 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

You can also visit the Commission to Study School Funding Calendar to learn about upcoming meetings and public commenting sessions.

If you have specific questions or comments email: SchoolFunding.Commission@unh.edu or call 603-862-3864.
Very Best,
Carrie Portrie
