Works by Marsha Borden

In this exhibit, Marsha Borden exploits the sculptural qualities of the single-use plastic bag while examining its place in our culture. What do we consume? Is there a place for plastic?

I work as the Youth Librarian at the Fair Haven Library.

What do you enjoy most about working at NHFPL?

I enjoy working with children and families and having the chance to meet and interact with people from all walks of life. I like learning what people want front from the library so that we can always grow and improve to meet the community’s needs. As the Youth Librarian, I also love hosting children's programs and playing chess with teens!

What book are you currently reading or is on your nightstand waiting to be explored?

Summer time is when I usually like to read nonfiction and self-improvement books. Currently I am tackling Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. ( Find it! )
