Providers who received one or more General and/or Targeted Provider Relief Fund (PRF) payments exceeding $10,000, in the aggregate, from January 1, 2021 to June 30, 2021 must report on their use of funds during Reporting Period 3 (RP3). The PRF Reporting Portal for RP3 is now open and will remain open through September 30, 2022.

The Health Equity Coalition for Chronic Disease (HECCD) is hosting a listening session in connection with the White House Conference on Hunger, Nutrition and Health on July 11 from 3-4:15pm ET to discuss our proposed priorities for combating obesity and diet-related chronic diseases.
