speaker is Neil Bacchus, who will be speaking about his evolution of growth in Real Estate, and how his mindset helps to shape his business development. Lunch will be sponsored by Zullo, Zullo, and Jacks. LLC.
Neil Bacchus has been a Real Estate Agent in the Washington, DC area for over 30 years. He has listed and sold almost every type of real estate, from new construction, luxury homes, condos, short sales, standard and investment sales in all price ranges and areas. He has mostly worked alone or with one assistant. Neil previously had a team of 8 but disbanded the team in 2005 to focus more on selling rather than admin. He currently has a team of 3. He has honed his selling and negotiation skills over the years with a constant focus on education and improving himself. He focuses mostly on listings. He has been a student of cold calling and direct marketing guru Mike Ferry for 5 years and 11 months and predominately finds clients via Center of Influence, expired listings, trustee/divorce attorney and FSBO’s as well as past clients. Over the years, Neil has developed several different revenue streams in addition to real estate sales to supplement the inconsistent income of a sales agent. These include property management, rental property income, admin fees, keeping 3.5% commission, among others. He is personally on track to close 70 sides in 2018 which would equate to around $650,000 in income. With daily morning and evening Google Hangout focused prospecting and a lot of hard work he has been able to increase his business revenue by 15%
for the last several years. He is married and has a 7 year old son.
