Coaches, the NHSBCA Regional Assistant Coaches of the Year Sponsored By Jostens, have been selected. Most of you know the backbone of all teams is the assistant coaches. These eight coaches exemplify the support system needed to run a high-level team. This year we had an unprecedented number of nominations. These nominations attest to any successful program's reliance on its assistant coaching staff. Congratulations to all award winners!

All NHSBCA Regional Coaches of the Year and National Coach of the Year sponsored by Jostens will be recognized at the NHSBCA Convention. December 1st-4th in Fort Meyers at the Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort.

In the coming weeks, we will release the NHSBCA Field of the Year Sponsored By Turface and the NHSBCA All-Region/All-American selections.

After winning his third state championship, Coach Todd Fitz-Gerald was named NHSBCA Coach of the Year. The Eagles were ranked #1 in the NHSBCA/Baseball America poll for most of the ranking season. The Eagles were an impressive 30-2 this year and won the USA Baseball/High School Baseball Invitational featuring the top 16 teams in the country.

We are very proud as a NHSBCA membership group to have five NHSBCA Hall of Fame Members selected for the

ABCA Hall of Fame in Nashville, Jan. 6th-8th. Congratulations also to Coach Messer on his induction.

Finally, for those who like to get a jump start on bookings for the NHSBCA Convention on December 1st-4th. We have the booking link early so that you may plan appropriately. Our rates are set up so you may book the NHSBCA Convention Rate three days before and three days after if you and the family would like to explore Southwest Florida in December. ALL Resort Fees and Parking Fees will be waived as a bonus for attending the convention. Please note due to a formatting restriction. It will state those fees are present but will be absolved at checkout.
